Refund and return policy

Your $150 collage deposit is fully refundable until your child's artwork arrives at the studio. Once the studio receives the art, the deposit is non-refundable.

Collages

• Cancel any time before the studio receives your art and you get the full deposit back.
• If you cancel after the art arrives, the studio returns your unused art to you. You pay the return shipping on a late cancellation.
• The remaining balance is due before the finished collage ships.
• You approve a photo of the composition before anything is adhered. Changes after you approve it are not included.

Quote pieces

Quote pieces are final once ordered. You approve a mockup before the studio cuts anything, so check the spelling and layout carefully. If the studio cannot make your order as placed, for example a material is sold out, we contact you before cutting.

Damage or errors

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email hello@pippyandfunk.com within 7 days with photos. We handle each case individually and will work out a fix with you.

Art in transit to the studio

The studio is not responsible for artwork lost or damaged on its way to us or on its way back to you. We recommend tracked, insured shipping when you send your art.
